• Written works including books, screenplays, scripts, and narrative content
• AI-generated voices, vocal performances, avatars, digital characters, and synthetic audio
• Brand identifiers including logos, trademarks, trade dress, and naming conventions

All such assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Access to Quill Productions’ website, store, or platforms does not grant any license or ownership rights to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content except as explicitly stated in a written licensing agreement signed by an authorized representative of Quill Productions.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Music released by Quill Productions may be available for streaming or digital purchase for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise specified.

Any commercial use requires a written license, including but not limited to:

• Film, television, trailers, or streaming productions
• Advertising, branded content, or promotional campaigns
• Video games, apps, and interactive media
• Public performances beyond standard streaming platform terms
• Sampling, remixing, synchronization, or derivative works

Music licensing inquiries, including sync and custom composition requests, must be submitted through the official service request or licensing inquiry process.

Visual content owned by Quill Productions may not be copied, reproduced, altered, distributed, or displayed publicly without prior written authorization.

Licensing is required for:

• Commercial or editorial use
• Merchandising and product integration
• Advertising, marketing, or promotional materials
• NFTs, digital collectibles, or blockchain-based applications
• Derivative or adapted visual works

Unauthorized use of visuals may result in takedown requests, licensing fees, or legal action.

All AI voices, avatars, and digital performers developed by Quill Productions are original, trademarked, and proprietary assets.

Strictly prohibited without written authorization:

• Voice cloning, replication, or imitation
• Dataset extraction, scraping, or retraining
• Commercial exploitation or redistribution
• Use to impersonate real individuals
• Use in defamatory, deceptive, or unlawful contexts

Licensed use of AI voices may include:

• Music collaborations and featured performances
• Film, television, and game sound design
• Brand activations and immersive experiences
• Interactive media and virtual environments

All AI licensing agreements are issued on a project-specific basis and may include restrictions on duration, territory, medium, and use case.

Where required by agreement, licensees must provide proper credit to Quill Productions and any associated creators. Attribution requirements will be specified in the applicable license.

Quill Productions reserves the right to deny licenses that would compromise the integrity, reputation, or intended narrative use of its intellectual property.

Unauthorized use of Quill Productions’ intellectual property may result in:

• Immediate revocation of access or licenses
• DMCA takedown notices
• Cease-and-desist demands
• Retroactive licensing fees
• Legal action for damages and injunctive relief

Quill Productions actively monitors and enforces its rights.

All licensing, collaboration, and usage requests must be submitted through the official service request or contact channels provided on the Quill Productions website. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval or licensing.

Quill Productions reserves the right to modify this Licensing & Usage Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued interaction with our content constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
